Back to work, finally. Spent a bit more time working than I meant to, but it's beyond good to be back in engineering. My apologies to anyone who might have been looking for me - I'm afraid I might have lost track of the time I was down there.

Not much else to report, things have been fairly quiet lately. Not that I'm complaining, mind - two close calls are more than enough to last me the rest of the month.

Well, in that case, I honestly don't know what I'd do if something really happened to us. I mean, it was a stupid fight, we were both stressed and not really thinking about what we were saying, but she threatened to go back to Earth.

Obviously we've made up, but the thought of losing her...

That's pretty heavy stuff. And while I obviously haven't lost someone close to me in a romantic way, I can honestly say from losing my brother that it hurts. It hurts like hell, but nothing will ever take away the feelings you have for that person, and the memories. Those are yours forever, regardless of what happens.

Alright, I won't lie. I spent a good part of the day completely oblivious to anything but the wiring in the Jefferies tubes, and then I locked myself in the office and got completely caught up on all the paperwork I was neglecting. It's done. All of it.
