Just a few more adjustments to the transporters and I believe they'll be fully functional in regards to transdimensional beaming. I apologize if I've seemed a bit absent as of late - between catching up on the paperwork left over from the virus and working on this project I've been a bit busy. If I've missed anything, would anyone care to fill me in?

Well, apparently Valentine's day is in a week. Nobody reminded me, so I'm going to assume it's just because everyone's busy. And since I still haven't forgiven you for lying to me as a kid, I'm going to have to assume you were the one who was supposed to remind me. [He's kidding, really.]

[See, he hasn't actually said anything to Jack yet, hasn't even really talked to him since the virus. And it really is because he's been busy, and not at all because he has no idea how to go about saying "So that casual thing we were talking about? Yeah let's do that."]

I figured you were going to keep up with the theme and send a towel to Jack for every holiday. [He has no idea about the idea of a casual thing that could happen between them, he just hypothesizes. And his hypothesis is that it'd be good for them. So hurry it up, Scotty, before you miss out on the gravy train!]

Every holiday that involves giving gifts, I guess I should say. Including Thanksgiving and Halloween, because I know they make at least handtowels for those kinds of holidays.
