In the hopes of finding a pattern to the recent data loss and corruption, I've taken it upon myself to compile a list of the data and/or physical objects that have gone missing. Whether the data and the missing equipment is related, I don't know. I just thought it might help to get this down on paper, as it were. I'll go by department, and if you've anything to add to the list, let me know and I'll see that it gets added.

This list is not yet complete; reports are still pouring in, and I've had to sift through what computer engineering gives me. Hopefully it's a start.
