He wasn't sure why she was asking, at first. Surely she'd caught some thought of it. Then again, he knew that she liked to give him a chance to come right out and say things, because they both knew that actually voicing thoughts was important to him. He laughed quietly, more at himself than anything else, and smiled down at her, giving her hand another squeeze. "I think you know very well what I'm talkin' about, love," he told her. He would have leaned over to kiss her, but with her head in his lap... He just didn't bend that way. "Kids, love. You've been wantin' them for a while, an' there was never any time... We've got time now. Not now, I mean, but you know. We've got time."
