Took one hell of a beating from the explosions. Been hauled off to Medical, now I'm confined to quarters until further notice.
I know I can trust you all to carry on without me, and all I ask is that you all do what you can to get our lady home safe.
That said, you can consider this an order - I don't care how hectic things are in Medical, if you need medical attention, get yourself down to Medical and get yourself taken care of. You won't do the ship any favors by running yourselves into the ground.
